Responsibilities

Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments specifically designed for paediatric patients Monitor vital signs and assess the physical and emotional well-being of children and adolescents Educate parents and families on childhood illnesses, growth and development, and preventive care Alleviate the fears and anxieties of young patients through empathetic communication and a child-friendly approach Create a comforting and supportive environment for paediatric patients and their families Collaborate with paediatricians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Advocate for the best interests of paediatric patients, ensuring they receive age-appropriate care Address the unique needs of children with acute or chronic illnesses, disabilities, or special healthcare requirements Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, tracking growth milestones and treatment progress Nursing Requirements

NMC registration 6 months’ experience within a UK healthcare setting Right to work in the UK UK references
