Laboratory Technician . About the Role

As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to innovative solutions. You will: Perform analysis on components, pilots, and water samples using in-house and industry-standard methods. Calibrate and standardise laboratory equipment in line with the quality management system. Blend a wide range of components and independently prepare additive solutions. Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and production targets. Proactively raise non-conformities and identify areas for improvement. Support the laboratory’s quality management system and MSDS creation in compliance with legislation. About You

We’re looking for someone with: Strong technical knowledge, communication, and organisational skills. A degree in Chemistry (or equivalent) – advantageous. Prior experience working in a laboratory – desirable. A keen interest in improving quality systems. High attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to think laterally and perform efficiently under pressure. What’s in it for You?
