Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide residents with the highest quality of life, and we are currently looking to expand our team with a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be a vital part of our dedicated team, delivering person-centred care to our residents. This role requires flexibility with shifts, covering both days and nights, to ensure we meet the diverse needs of those in our care. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care, manage medications, and ensure compliance with care standards. You will also provide leadership and support to care staff and be an integral part of a caring and professional team.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring individual care plans are followed. Administer medications and ensure compliance with care standards and regulations. Support and supervise care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Build strong relationships with residents and their families to ensure a person-centred approach to care. Ensure the home’s policies and procedures are followed at all times, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. What We’re Looking For: A valid NMC pin and current registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Previous experience in a care home or similar environment is desirable but not essential. A caring and compassionate approach, with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work across both day and night shifts would be preferable but not essential.
