We are seeking a corporate tax Lawyer with a high level of technical knowledge as well as significant experience in corporate transactional work. Our client is open to considering lawyers of varying levels of PQE.
The role can be based in any of our client's offices including Cambridge, Norwich, Milton Keynes, and Northampton.
You will benefit from working with a range of clients including owner-managed businesses, LLPs, partnerships, high net worth individuals, trusts, and some charities.
Experience in employee benefits, VAT, and/or SDLT will be an advantage, and you will be CTA qualified. You will be able to prioritize workload while working to tight deadlines and be comfortable providing expertise across wider teams.
Work will also include corporate sales and restructurings, business investment, property transactions, as well as advice on employee benefits.
