BCL Legal is instructed by a top legal practice, seeking to recruit a real estate solicitor to join their team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join one of the region's best-known firms. This real estate team is renowned nationally for their expertise in real estate work, particularly in commercial development and investment work. The successful real estate solicitor will join the team to advise and work with property developers on high-profile property development projects nationwide across various sectors. The commercial property team also advises investors, corporate bodies, and public sector clients on real estate acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, and strategy. Work undertaken will include acquisitions, disposals, letting & management of real estate investment portfolios, site acquisitions, and site developments including site assembly. This role is suited to real estate solicitors with at least 4 years' post-qualified experience. You should also be able to demonstrate detailed commercial awareness, high levels of client contact, good organization skills, and a strong team-work ethic.
