About the Role

Reporting to the Directors and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Conduct installations, commissioning, and repair work both in-house and at client sites across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe. Lead projects from concept to completion, including software development for robotics and PLC applications. Collaborate on system builds, installations, and upgrades. Travel up to 60% of the time, supporting clients with exceptional service.

Key Requirements

Higher National Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Robotics, or related fields. Proven experience in Automation Systems Engineering, including PLC and HMI programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley preferred). Familiarity with electrical/mechanical drawings and tools like EPLAN and AutoCAD. Strong skills in SCADA, safety systems (Flexisoft or PNOZ), and commissioning FMCG production lines are advantageous. Excellent communication, project management, and technical skills.
