The role:

As a key member of the Finance team the successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder reporting and insight into the results of the business, driving continuous improvement and responsible for forming an internal audit function to deliver a best-in-class environment. Key Responsibilities:

Support the CFO and Finance Director, providing input into internal financial reports, external investor material, and financial information for a wide range of stakeholders. Lead the process for the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to key stakeholders. Form an Internal audit function aimed at ensuring a best-in-class SOX control framework operates effectively throughout the business. Liaise with external advisors, Investor internal audit teams and their external auditor to ensure compliance. Manage the annual audit process across the business. Project manage key financial projects and activities, such as coordinating financial due diligence; acquisition / new business transitions. Prepare statutory financial statements for the business, including coordinating support from the wider finance team to deliver this. Supervise the tax work undertaken by the Group Financial and Tax Accountant and liaise with external tax advisors. Be a key point of contact with the Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial teams during key processes, such as annual budget setting, and for specific projects. What We're Looking For:

ACA / ACCA qualified 5+ years. Experience of managing audits. Experience of external financial reporting UK GAAP, (FRS102). Staff supervision or management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. Why Join Care UK?
