We have a new opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. This is a Hybrid role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office in West Cowes, Isle of Wight. UKSA is looking for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant, with strong digital skills, as we seek to build our finance team to support the growing business. Are you someone who is keen to learn, excited by what technology can bring to accounting (we have recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), good at building relationships with a broad range of people, and detail-focused? You will get to understand and work across both financial and management accounting and help lead on the implementation and embedding of new systems and processes. Main Responsibilities Income analysis and reconciliation Month-end journal preparation and posting Liaise with budget holders on business support cost (overhead) spend, analysing spend against budget, and reviewing forecasts Undertake project work as directed by the Finance Director, Financial Controller, and Senior Leaders Work in close collaboration with the Financial Controller and support partners on the continual development of our finance system (Microsoft Business Central) Provide support during the year-end audit, assisting with the preparation and review of required documents Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the Finance function's overall objectives A full and comprehensive
