Ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and derive actionable insights. Data analysis and Visio:
Excellent data analysis and Visio skills. Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Retail and/or Retail Healthcare space in the UK. Regulatory Awareness:
Familiarity with Retail healthcare regulations. Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Management:
Competence in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Problem-Solving:
Skilled at identifying issues and developing effective solutions. Detail-Oriented:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Documentation and Reporting:
Proficiency in creating clear, detailed documentation and reports. Job Responsibilities/Objectives Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis through interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders to define user and technical stories. Map and optimize Retail healthcare processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and development, to design and implement effective solutions. Analyze data to uncover insights, track performance, and develop detailed reports and dashboards. Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, supporting successful project execution. Develop and execute test protocols, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance.
