This globally-renowned Brand/Organisation are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of office operations and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information. Duties: Develop a clear understanding of the business and ability to prioritise commitments when needed Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements Coordinate correspondence with stakeholders and external clients, building up strong working relationships Manage expenses - raising POs and liaising with finance team where necessary to ensure swift payment Assist with budget management Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects and initiatives Maintain an up-to-date database of all contacts for CEO and Board Organise materials for meetings by preparing agendas; take minutes; follow up on action items Provide ad hoc support to other members of C-Suite and Chair/Vice Chair Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MSOffice Suite Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment If you are an enthusiastic individual looking to contribute your skills in a supportive role within a thriving organisation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and don't miss out on this great opportunity.
