Head of Finance Systems – Global Law Firm Are you a seasoned finance systems expert with leadership experience in the legal sector? We are looking for a Head of Finance Systems to join a prestigious global law firm in London. This role is focused on leading the strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement of the firm’s finance systems, including Elite 3E. About the Role: As Head of Finance Systems, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s financial software and systems. You will have the opportunity to create and implement a robust systems roadmap, drive efficiency, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support the firm’s global strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Finance Systems team, building a structure aligned with the firm’s strategic goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive Finance Systems strategy, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. Drive innovation and oversee system upgrades, user training, and enhancements for Elite 3E. Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, managing relationships with internal teams and third-party providers. Oversee essential financial processes, including month-end and year-end close, foreign exchange maintenance, and data reconciliations. What We’re Looking For: At least 10 years’ experience working with finance systems in a global law firm. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Expertise in financial systems, with Elite 3E experience highly desirable. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent project management, IT literacy, and communication skills. The Offer: Competitive salary of up to £140,000.
