Reception + Office Administrative tasks Relevant experience in financial services field About Our Client A well-established Private Equity firm with about 100 staff in London (Chelsea office) is now looking for a proactive and high-calibre Senior Receptionist to provide comprehensive office administrative support. Job Description Key responsibilities:

Front-of-House Duties

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally and courteously Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner Schedule and manage meeting room bookings for internal and external users Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up before each meeting, including seating arrangements, AV equipment, and refreshments as needed Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Office Administration Order office supplies and manage inventory Oversee office maintenance and ensure a safe and functional work environment Manage vendor relationships, including catering, cleaning, and maintenance services Coordinate lunch orders and special events, ensuring catering meets dietary needs Liaise with building management concerning maintenance, pest control, and health and safety issues. Monitor and report on office conditions to ensure compliance with safety regulations Maintain effective communication with all levels of the organisation Assist Office Manager on ad-hoc administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant Qualifications: 4+ years of front of house and office administrative support role in financial service field, ideally Private Equity firm Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software What's on Offer Offers:
