Engineering Project Manager . Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Plan, execute, and close engineering projects while coordinating resources and schedules. Create and manage detailed project plans to be shared with clients and stakeholders. Administer project budgets, track costs, and find ways to minimise expenses. Carry out risk management to reduce project risks and maintain high-quality standards. Lead and coordinate both internal and external project teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide regular progress reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Track project performance and ensure the successful achievement of both short and long-term goals. Adjust project scope, schedule, and costs as required, using appropriate verification techniques. Foster a collaborative and productive team atmosphere. Required Experience: Previous experience managing large-scale capex engineering projects. At least 5 years’ experience in project management. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. AGILE, PMP, PRINCE2). Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Solid understanding of risk management and quality assurance processes. Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of managing budgets and effectively allocating resources. Required Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or a related field. Project Management certification (AGILE, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent). Experience with project scheduling software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
