Kyowa Kirin

as a pivotal leader in shaping patient-centered outcomes across our global product portfolio! Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) strategies across Kyowa Kirin’s portfolio. Provide PRO expertise specific to real-world observational studies. Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory teams to ensure clear communication and proper implementation of patient-centric endpoints in clinical trials. Develop targeted questions and identify critical evidence for regulatory meetings to support patient-centric endpoint strategies. Contribute to the strategy and delivery of scientific abstracts and peer-reviewed publications. Build and maintain strong relationships with researchers, opinion leaders, and academia. Stay updated on scientific and regulatory changes across Kyowa Kirin’s development programs. Pursue ongoing learning to adopt evolving methodologies and guidelines, and communicate findings to cross-functional groups. Build and maintain key internal relationships with senior managers and oversee relationships with key suppliers and third parties. Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant subject, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within PRO/COA strategy development and implementation. Understanding of and experience working with and advocating for patient focused drug development. Skilled in planning, managing and delivering PRO development and validation projects. Understanding of evolving methods and regulatory environments related to COAs. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders, from operations to executive levels. Excellent English language skills. Valid driving licence. Available for regional and international travel, including some time away from home.
