It is a team which is highly rewarding to be part of; seeing our learners grow, become more independent and confident, and obtain the skills they need to further progress their education journey, or enter the world of work. Minimum Requirements: Applicants should hold Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths or be willing to achieve this within 12 months. Relevant work experience is preferred, but excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
