gap personnel are an employment agency and are proud to be working with their client based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate for a WC/Lab Technician. Working as part of their quality control team, you will provide a comprehensive quality control service to the business. You will be the technical lead for any management queries and provide additional support or advice to other parts of the business. Duties

Collection of production samples for testing and ensure they are in the correct order of batch/pallet numbers. Carry out testing of all products to ensure alkalinity. Ensure all test results align with customer specifications. Accurately report all results and update the relevant systems. Re-calibrate any laboratory equipment as required. Skills

Good verbal and communication skills. A laboratory background. Good understanding of testing products. Good working knowledge of safe use, storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals including any PPE requirements and how to action spillages. Good listening skills. Excellent attention to detail. Hours of work: 4 on 4 off, 10 hour days. This is a temporary role which could lead to a permanent position. Please send your CV to
