Management Accountant Annual Salary: £45,000 - £46,000 Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex Job Type: Full-time Reed Finance is recruiting on behalf of our prestigious international client located in Bognor Regis, close to the seafront and with excellent public transport links. We are seeking a Management Accountant to join their Finance team, focusing on Budget Management and Reporting. This role is crucial for the organisation’s growth and expansion, providing key financial insights and support across multiple parts of the organisation. Day-to-day of the role: Lead the provision of management accounting information for the organisation. Produce budget reports, management information, KPIs, and other financial data as required. Work closely with the Finance Director to align financial strategies. Provide line management and supervision to more junior staff members. Collaborate with teams across other areas to ensure financial compliance and support financial needs for resource planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in management accounting, particularly in budget management and financial reporting. Strong leadership skills with experience in line management. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to integrate financial strategies. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in creating detailed reports and forecasts.
