A reputable organisation is seeking a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join their team in Canterbury. This role offers hybrid working opportunities and is a permanent, full-time position.
Your new role Oversight of month-end procedures and preparation of monthly management accounts. Preparing accruals/prepayments. Acting as a line manager to a Finance Assistant. Conducting control account reconciliations, including intercompany accounts. Assisting budget managers with finance business partnering, including reviewing budgeted expenditure and income. Quality checking VAT returns. What you'll need to succeed
Be AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA. Have a good standard of secondary education, including a minimum of grade C in Maths and English GCSEs. Possess a general understanding of finance and ledger work. Be analytical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Have credit control experience. What you'll get in return
A salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. 26 days annual leave, plus all bank and public holidays. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements. Free onsite parking.
