Lead and transform housing services, ensuring compliance with regulations and placing tenants at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for asset management, compliance, and building safety. Performance Management:
Set and monitor service performance, ensuring high standards of customer care. Service Delivery:
Deliver resident-led plans and high-quality asset management services. Innovation:
Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Resource Management:
Plan and deploy financial, staffing, and physical resources effectively. Collaboration:
Work with external partners to develop and implement strategic plans. Workforce Development:
Promote a culture of learning and workforce planning. Corporate Initiatives:
Lead corporate initiatives and transformation programmes. Qualifications and Experience:
Chartered Institute of Housing Professional Qualification Level 5. Experience in commissioning significant programmes of work. Ability to create and embed organisational values and behaviours. Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills. Knowledge of procurement and contract management. Experience in financial assessment and budget management.
