London – £60,000 - £80,000 Senior Associate Solicitor - HNW Residential Real Estate and New Build A service driven Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded full-service London law firm based in a great location in the West End of the City. The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 5 years Residential Conveyancing know-how in a good high street, West End or regional law firm, and possess strong technical skills across Residential Property which will ideally include HNW Freehold, Leasehold sale and purchase, and the acquisition and disposal of individual new build units. Local knowledge is an advantage but relocates are also encouraged to apply. From a personal point of view, you will be looking to make your second or third post qualification career move and be motivated to advance your career in a friendly and supportive law firm that has built out a good reputation across an affluent client base and also referrals from high-end estate agents. Candidates should be commercially minded, client-focused and also be a warm and natural people person. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience with comprehensive benefits.
