About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Buyer to join our team in the pallet industry. Based in Doncaster, this role is integral to sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality pallet products. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and achieve cost-effective procurement solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute purchasing strategies to meet business requirements. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring the best pricing, quality, and delivery times. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and product innovations. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to meet production demands. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Assist in managing budgets and achieving cost-saving initiatives. Requirements:

Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within the pallet or manufacturing industries. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control. Fluent in Russian (highly desirable but not essential). Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software. What We Offer:
