Cultivate and secure new client accounts, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Technology industry. Innovate:
Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to deliver top-tier recruitment solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the strategy for Vallum’s Technology recruitment division. Drive business development efforts to win new accounts and expand client partnerships. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities. Set and achieve ambitious performance targets for the team and division. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions tailored to their needs. What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an exceptional leader with: A proven track record in Technology recruitment, with experience in leadership or senior management roles. A strong network and deep understanding of the Technology sector. Outstanding business development skills and a client-centric approach. The ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve and exceed goals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
