Head of Early Support Salary - £71,322 - £75,631 (Grade 11) Contract type - full time, permanent post We’re seeking a dynamic Strategic Lead for Adult Social Care and Community Services to drive the development of our Front Door to Adult Social Care, early intervention, and prevention services. In this pivotal role, you will lead on creating sustainable, strengths-based services that empower individuals to achieve independence. With a focus on performance management, partnership working, and transformational change, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant services that meet both local and national standards. The successful candidate will: Lead the strategic and operational development of Adult Social Care and community services, focusing on early intervention, prevention, and independence. Determine the strategic direction and anticipate changes, partnering with health services, and putting appropriate strategies into action. Ensure a strategic, commercial, and outcome-focused approach to service delivery, performance management, and statutory compliance. Foster effective relationships and joint working with other services, including the NHS, ensuring seamless handovers. Provide leadership to the workforce, ensuring effective deployment, support, and training to deliver health and social care priorities. Ensure compliance with statutory duties, maintain quality assurance systems, and lead teams through transformation while engaging stakeholders and challenging established practices.
