Portfolio Procurement are working with a leading retail client based South Yorkshire. As the Indirect Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for negotiating, sourcing and reviewing of suppliers’ agreements. This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week. Responsibilities: Liaise with suppliers to resulting in proactive account management Effectively delivering cost reductions within the desired timeframe Hit the ground running immediately as appropriate, lead evaluation teams and stakeholder groups and therefore ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with global procedures Working closely with the Director of Procurement and providing support Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years within indirect procurement (essential) Degree in business or a related field (essential) Experience in building rapport and managing supplier relationships CIPS qualification is a bonus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent business skills
