Raft is the intelligent logistics platform that’s rewriting the technology playbook for freight forwarders and customs brokers in the automation era. A dynamic UK-based AI technology company with a global impact across logistics, we’re searching for a Compliance and Application Operations Manager who is excited by the prospect of working in a rapidly growing international scale-up. As a Compliance & Operations Manager, you will work closely with members of Raft’s Compliance Committee and members of the executive leadership team (including reporting into our General Counsel and supporting the Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer) to drive strategic compliance initiatives, roll-out and further develop the group’s compliance framework and manage the operations of some of our core tech applications (including CRM and CLM systems). What you will do: Strategic Compliance Initiatives:

Support our Compliance Committee on strategic compliance initiatives, own and drive the implementation of Raft’s core compliance programs across data privacy, artificial intelligence, and Information Security (we are ISO270001:2013 certified). You support existing compliance programs and the transition to ISO27001:2022 through audits and procurement cycles, develop internal procedures, maintain compliance records and applications, prepare and deliver training to staff. Legal tech ops:

Support the management of our legal tech applications, including our compliance documentation portal, contract lifecycle management tool, sanctions tool and Information Security Management System tools. Your responsibilities would include maintaining accurate data and ensuring due process is followed, in addition to ensuring system efficiency optimisation under the guidance of our General Counsel and Chief of Staff as well as providing user support in the application (working together with our Sales Ops Managers). Impact:

There is no limit to the impact you could have in our business, and this is a critical role for us. We invite ownership by giving responsibility quickly. Requirements We specifically want someone who has: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. Experience in information security, data privacy, strategic consulting, business operations, operational compliance management, tech tool operations, or a related role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS environment. Exceptional practical problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset. Strong project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage and prioritise multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; you will be a master of building relationships and work effectively with all Raft employees. An entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and down-to-earth attitude, with a willingness to execute on both tactical and strategic initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
