Cleaning Site Manager - London This is a 24/7 operation, you will be required to work different hours to meet operational demands, including regular night shifts. We are looking for a Cleaning Site Manager to join our transport division, managing cleaning operations across two closely located sites in North London, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high cleaning standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of supervisors and operatives. The manager will also serve as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract adherence. All year-round recognition and annual awards programme to thank our shining stars. As a Cleaning Site Manager, you'll be: Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction. Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery. Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams. Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager. Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to. Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth. As a Cleaning Site Manager, you'll have: Experience managing cleaning contracts. Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills. Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level. Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems. Ability to work to tight timescales. Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy.
