Cleaning Site Manager - London This is a 24/7 operation, you will be required to work different hours to meet operational demands, including regular night shifts. We are looking for a Cleaning Site Manager to join our transport division, managing cleaning operations across two closely located sites in North London, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high cleaning standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of supervisors and operatives. The manager will also serve as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract adherence. Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery. Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams. Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager. Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to. Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth. As a Cleaning Site Manager, you'll have: Experience managing cleaning contracts. Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills. Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level. Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems. Ability to work to tight timescales. Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy.
