Laurus Ryecroft is looking for an exceptional, enthusiastic, and dedicated Head of RS and Philosophy to join our highly ambitious and successful department. The ideal candidate will help drive our ongoing success in delivering excellent teaching and learning outcomes and have experience teaching at A-Level. Students benefit from the exceptional teaching and care given to them by our current team. Key Responsibilities:

Drive teaching and learning outcomes in RS and Philosophy. Support and develop the current teaching team. Ensure a respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications:

Experience teaching RS and Philosophy at A-Level. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Ability to foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.
