An experienced General Manager with a proven background within Hospitality and Events. Highly experienced in Management and Leadership - proven ability in managing large teams. Successful within high-quality conference and event catering. Passionate about getting the best out of people and maximizing commercial opportunities. Strong communication skills - able to engage and interact with a variety of people at all levels. Flexible in approach to working hours/days. Financially minded - have a good understanding of report writing and financial management. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines while remaining calm and level-headed.
