Marketing Manager (PPC)
will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimisation of client Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to maximise return on investment (ROI) and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing high-performing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC strategy aligned with overall marketing goals. Identify growth opportunities, set campaign objectives, and define KPIs for paid media efforts. Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform PPC strategy. Campaign Management
Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while meeting key performance indicators. Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with content and design teams. Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio). Generate actionable insights and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Present performance updates and strategy refinements to internal stakeholders and clients. Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach. Act as the primary point of contact for PPC-related queries and updates. Skills & Experience Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with measurable success. Strong proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Solid understanding of bid management, conversion tracking, and performance metrics. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SEMrush. Experience in audience targeting and remarketing strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with programmatic advertising and display networks. Familiarity with CRM platforms, email platforms, and marketing automation tools.
