What you will do: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients in the spinal and older adult medicine units. Develop and implement personalised nutrition care plans, focusing on nutrition support and enteral feeding. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Provide patient and caregiver education on nutrition and diet, supporting healthy eating choices and improved health outcomes. Plan and facilitate enteral feeding discharge, ensuring a smooth transition from the hospital. Requirements of the Dietitian: Recent UK experience working as a Dietitian. Registered with the HCPC to work in the UK. Experience as a Band 6 Dietitian specialising in nutrition support, enteral feeding, and obesity management.
