Are you a seasoned Quality professional with a passion for excellence in food manufacturing? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established food production business based in Kent. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Quality Manager to join the team and help drive quality standards to the next level.

Key Details Location: Kent (exact location to be discussed during application) Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, site-based role

About the Role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality products that meet customer expectations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a proven background in quality or technical roles within the food manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the quality assurance systems, including audits, HACCP, and BRC compliance. Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement. Ensure all products meet legal, safety, and quality standards. Conduct training and support teams to foster a culture of quality across the business. Liaise with external bodies and customers on quality-related matters.

About You We are looking for someone with: A solid background in quality or technical roles within food manufacturing. Experience with BRC, HACCP, and other food industry standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
