Substance Misuse Recovery Worker
Location: Slough
Working arrangements: 3-month contract+
Spencer Clarke Group
are working with a local authority to recruit a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker for their team.
This 3-month contract will involve
community outreach , so you must be able to travel around the Slough area.
Role Responsibilities:
Effective case management of service users with substance use issues;
Formulate, monitor and review risk assessments and risk management plans that effectively safeguard and protect service users and families/carers from harm;
Consistent, timely and accurate collection, recording and reporting of data and information relating to a client treatment journey;
Providing prescriptions to service users where these are not posted to pharmacies.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience within Substance Misuse;
Full UK driving license.
