Responsibilities:

Processing a high volume of internal and external emails Making and receiving calls to provide excellent customer service Troubleshooting and assisting with customer inquiries Scheduling technician appointments and processing job cards Regularly reporting on KPIs related to warranty claims Managing the stock portfolio of parts and components Receiving and processing orders from valued customers

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail A hardworking and resilient attitude, with a determination to succeed Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service A courteous and polite manner when interacting with customers and colleagues Strong organisational abilities, enabling you to prioritise your workload effectively Proficiency in IT, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook A valid driving licence and access to a car Previous experience in a coordinator or customer service role Familiarity with KPI reporting and stock management

You will be utilising various software tools in your daily tasks, with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and customer management systems.
