As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support services to primary schools in the Liverpool and Wirral area, working at two different schools each day. Your duties will include: Providing 1st and 2nd line support to clients Managing the online helpdesk system for schools (Freshdesk) Ensuring all systems managed are up-to-date with antivirus software Managing the MSP onsite and offsite backup solutions for the schools and monitoring the daily backups Completing equipment build and installation Establishing a good working knowledge of active directories, wireless infrastructure, educational software titles, Windows deployment, hardware support, adding users, systems backup, and managing antivirus software Managing printers Supporting Apple iPads Requirements
Minimum qualifications include: Technical/professional knowledge Great communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in groups or with individuals Proactive attitude, with experience liaising with clients and the MSP team Enhanced DBS (we can assist in obtaining this) Valid driving license and own transport (mileage can be claimed) About Us
