Many of our Nursing Assistants have trained to Nursing Associate level and some are now training to 'top up' to Registered Nurses. Due to the high level of new to care employees, we are currently hosting these vacancies for experienced candidates only. Main Duties of the Job

The role of the Nursing Assistant in the Trust varies depending upon the ward or department, however, you will be delivering care and support to our patients, learning new skills in assessment and documentation, as well as working as part of the wider team to deliver an excellent patient experience. If you are shortlisted for an interview for this role, you will need to attend the full-day assessment on Saturday 15th February 2025 at the Post Graduate Medical Centre, County Hospital, Weston Road, Stafford, ST16 3SA. The assessment day will consist of a Maths and English Test, Group Discussion, Practical Test, and informal interview. We are unable to provide an alternative date or online interview for this role due to the practical elements of the process. About Us
