Forest Care Selection is currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with Learning Disabilities.
This unique provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established and Good rated residential care home delivering care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability and Autism.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism. Lead an established team and ensure they are effectively motivated, resourced, and trained to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families.
Minimum Requirements:
Ideally experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service and ideally within residential care although supported living, care managers and established deputy managers are considered. Have experience of overseeing and developing large staff teams. Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
