What you will do: Work collaboratively as part of the Recovery team to deliver high-quality care and support to patients. Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate patient care pathways, ensuring clinical excellence in practice. Respond confidently to changes in patients' conditions and adjust care plans accordingly. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team. Provide a caring and empathetic service, enhancing the overall patient experience. Participate in on-call duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. If you hold NMC registration and have at least 12 months of experience in a Recovery setting, we would love to hear from you. You'll bring your knowledge of professional clinical practice along with a caring nature to effectively manage varied patient needs.
