The Role of Structural Engineer Lead and manage a variety of structural engineering projects, including inspections, designs, and reports. Collaborate with building consultancy and surveying teams on multidisciplinary projects. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients across a wide range of sectors. Take on a managerial role, mentoring junior staff and contributing to the business's growth. Conduct site visits and ensure projects meet technical and regulatory standards. About You A Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) with strong experience in structural engineering and project delivery. Skilled in structural design, analysis, and problem-solving. Confident in leading projects and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ready to take on a managerial role, driving innovation and growth. Flexible and proactive, able to balance office, remote, and site-based work. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications:
Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) with proven experience in structural engineering. Technical Expertise:
