£45,000 - £60,000 The Client Our client is a multi-discipline construction consultancy based in Didsbury, looking to add a Chartered Structural Engineer to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality structural solutions, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of two thriving and dynamic businesses. The Role of Structural Engineer Lead and manage a variety of structural engineering projects, including inspections, designs, and reports. Collaborate with building consultancy and surveying teams on multidisciplinary projects. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients across a wide range of sectors. Take on a managerial role, mentoring junior staff and contributing to the business's growth. Conduct site visits and ensure projects meet technical and regulatory standards. About You A Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) with strong experience in structural engineering and project delivery. Skilled in structural design, analysis, and problem-solving. Confident in leading projects and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ready to take on a managerial role, driving innovation and growth. Flexible and proactive, able to balance office, remote, and site-based work. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications:

Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) with proven experience in structural engineering. Technical Expertise:

Strong skills in structural design, analysis, and problem-solving using industry-standard software. Leadership Skills:

Confident in leading projects, mentoring team members, and building client relationships. Flexibility:

Ability to balance office-based, remote, and on-site work. Proactive Approach:
