Strong career development & training (internal and external training) Role Overview: Join our team as a Maintenance & Engineering Coordinator at Arla Foods Stourton. Responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure efficient resource utilisation and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage the short and long-term maintenance plans. Prepare work packages including required labour, components, and safety requirements. Coordinate asset downtime with operations. Manage contractor needs and safety. Work closely with the MRO coordinator to support part staging. Secure asset downtime to enable planned maintenance task completion. Maintenance Management: Support world-class maintenance strategy development. Update and maintain CMMS data. Maintain records to meet legal and audit standards. Oversee site CMMS competence and training. Skills and Qualifications: Relevant education in Maintenance/Technical/Engineering. 3-4 years of technical/maintenance experience. Desired but not essential - 2-3 years of SAP experience.
