About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Mechanical Engineer
to join our team. This role involves maintaining a data centre and two commercial office buildings, handling both reactive maintenance and scheduled PPMs. The ideal candidate will have a background in Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or Level 3 Plumbing, along with experience in installation and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs). Maintenance of AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units). Fire alarm testing and compliance checks. Additional duties as required to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing qualification. Strong plumbing/installation experience is preferred. A valid DBS check (required before commencing a permanent role). Desire to grow and progress within the company. Benefits Overtime available to boost your earnings. On-call rota: 1 in 8 weeks (£130 per week standby payment, increasing to £240 per week if a bank holiday falls within your on-call period). Excellent opportunities for career development and growth.
