Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, the EROC is a critical role within the onshore O&M team ensuring asset safe and reliable operational status for structural and piping repairs whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and verification duties are maintained and assured at all times. The position is embedded within a multi-disciplined operations support team with an integrity engineering and construction bias supporting Duty Holder decommissioning operations. Key Responsibilities Ensure integrity related equipment is safely managed and maintained effectively and that any engineering & maintenance activities are delivered in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Health, Safety & Environmental practices. Prioritise repairs and inspections as required and provide preliminary assessment of any structural and piping associated risks. Record and maintain the status of the asset integrity anomalies and Repair Order registers. Review engineering work orders for planned and corrective repair order works. Management of 3rd party construction & fabrication sub-contractor for offshore vendor works. Review and input into Engineering & Integrity Risk Assessments. Responsible for input into the development and management of the asset integrity budget. Input into Management of Change process and that changes to the design and construction of integrity equipment are appropriately documented. Ensures any modifications to the Safety and Environmental Critical Systems are notified to the Independent Competent Body. Provide technical support to the offshore integrity and construction teams where required. Carry out engineering studies, and root cause investigations where required in support of delivering to an agenda of continuous improvement. Liaise with manufacturers on aspects of equipment trouble shooting and problem solving. Support integrity and RBI reviews where required. Review construction work packs, work programmes and technical proposals provided by 3rd parties in support of work execution. Support the decommissioning programmes and the implementation of safe integrity procedures and practices. Other duties as assigned which may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role. Competence Requirements Knowledge & Qualifications Formal qualification at a minimum of HND level in a relevant Engineering discipline or relevant offshore construction experience. Knowledge of UK HSE regulatory framework, including specific legislation applicable to the Duty Holder activities in the Energy sector is desirable. Valid OGUK Medical, MIST and BOSIET is preferred. Skills & Experience Proven experience of working in a Integrity support role within the Energy Industry, is essential. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, is essential. Ability to operate effectively with minimum supervision is essential. Ability to lead, influence and coach others is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships is essential. Demonstratable skills in adapting to change and leading change processes and promoting behaviours that meet the organisation’s Aims and Values is essential. Apply For This Role
