What you’ll be doing Preparing and ordering materials and equipment within agreed budgetary requirements to ensure continuity of learning, including delivery related materials such as equipment, PPE, and consumables. Assisting the senior trainer in tuition delivery, helping learners with materials, engaging with lesson plans, and aiding the development of such. You will be involved in planning structures to be built by learners. Independently teaching in the absence of the senior trainer, delivering a mix of practical training and shared best practices from your experience in housebuilding. Constructing and presenting example structures in line with tuition delivery for learners. Updating progress records of apprentices using the online reporting portal. The ideal candidate will have

Experience in brickwork & groundwork occupations Proven record of practicing trade within a housebuilding environment Experience of working in an environment to ensure safeguarding of apprentices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Complete progress trackers and associated paperwork to a standard required by ESFA/Ofsted Education and Qualifications

Bricklaying/groundworks related qualification at Level 2, or equivalent First Aid at Work (or ability to achieve) Full driving licence required Why you should join us
