An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our Community Facilities and our corporate CCTV for Rushcliffe Borough Council. We are seeking to recruit an innovative and forward-thinking Community Facilities and Corporate CCTV Manager to work within our service developing relationships and driving performance in this area. We require a candidate with excellent interpersonal and people skills to manage a large facilities team. You will also be required to manage and contribute to a range of areas including the digital transformation of facilities, health and safety risk assessments, management of our corporate CCTV assets and to oversee the facilities budget. To succeed in this role you will need excellent digital and project management skills to help you strategically plan the use and management of the buildings within our remit to ensure their maximum financial output and potential. As part of this role you will be required to communicate and build relationships across the Council and with our external stakeholders, effectively managing the contracts and service level agreements within your remit. You will be commercially minded with a focus on delivering excellent customer service across the team and driving improvement within a modern Council environment. You will be required to work closely with our senior managers and to work on your own initiative driving forward new ideas.
