Estimator

Estimator I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine based in Hampshire but this work will be around central London. They are a main contractor who specializes in commercial projects and are a highly reputable company working all over the south coast! They are looking for someone who has experience in internal refurbishment on internal commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as this company offers a great progression path! Role and Responsibilities: Working as part of the pre-construction team Reporting into the Estimating Manager Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to put together detailed estimates Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live Requirements: Experience working for a main contractor Experience on commercial refurbishment projects Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Manager Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £70,000 DOE Company car or car allowance Benefits package If you are interested in this role, please apply!
