Robert Walters is currently working with a Top 50 accountancy firm in Newbury who are looking for an Outsourcing Assistant Manager to join their friendly team. They aim to create a place of work where everyone is valued, can flourish, and achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for:
Add commentary to management accounts
Provide support to your clients from an accounting perspective
Assisting and mentoring junior members of the team where required.
Prepare 3-way forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
Requirements:
AAT / ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or studying towards.
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
Team player and a good sense of humour.
Someone who wants an opportunity to fast track their career and be given an opportunity to take on more responsibility.
Previous experience working in a practice environment would be beneficial.
Salary:
