Finance Manager / Financial Controller

to join their dynamic team. As Finance Manager / Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the business and providing strategic insight to support continued growth. You ll work closely with the leadership team and oversee a small, capable financial team, ensuring the company s financial health and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the company s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Lead and manage the existing financial team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analysis for senior leadership Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including VAT, PAYE, and corporation tax Collaborate with project teams to track development costs and profitability Support funding processes, including liaising with banks and investors Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, contributing to decision–making and growth planning What you will need: A professional accounting qualification with proven post–qualification experience Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction, property development, or related sectors Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a small team Excellent financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements A proactive approach to problem–solving and a commitment to driving continuous improvement What s in it for you: A competitive salary and benefits package The opportunity to work with a forward–thinking company on exciting residential projects A collaborative and supportive work environment Career development opportunities as the business continues to grow If you are looking to further your career with an exciting and growing company, please apply!
