Hybrid Working Payroll Manager fixed term opportunity near Reigate, paying up to £45,000 Your new company I'm currently working with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation near Reigate, Surrey who are currently looking for a Payroll Manager on a fixed-term basis. Our client has a prestigious history, being based for more than 40 years working under an excellent finance team. Your new role As the Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in integrating a new Payroll and HR system. You will work with the Systems Manager to ensure data integrity and accuracy during the transfer of payroll data within the project. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the testing of the payroll side of the organisation's system. Ensuring the accuracy of data within the Payroll system before data transfer and resolving any issues that arise. Conducting data cleansing for all pension schemes before moving to the new Payroll system. Monitoring staff movements between pension schemes and preparing annual returns and reconciliations. Ensuring correct payments, reports, and returns are made to HMRC, including monthly Real Time Information (RTI) and annual year-end returns. Management of a team of 2+ What you'll need to succeed Experience with payroll systems and data integration projects. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Pensions experience including LGPS. Proficiency in data reconciliation. Leadership and team management experience. What you'll get in return Competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum. Excellent Pensions contributions.
