Job Description Processing and managing payroll transactions. Ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations. Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data. Resolving payroll discrepancies and irregularities. Coordinating with HR to verify employee data. Managing queries related to payroll from employees and management. Assisting in end of year tasks such as P60 distribution. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Specialist should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Proficient skills in payroll software, MS Excel, and other financial systems. Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. What's on Offer An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000. A supportive, collaborative and friendly work culture.
