Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Company Bonus + Benefits + Progression Bradford Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Fit-Outs looking to work for a company with an impressive client base including Vision Express, Marks and Spencer, IKEA and more? Are you ambitious and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will get to lead meetings, have autonomy over your working life while working with some of the biggest names in the industry? This family-owned business, established in 1969, provides full Fit-Out and Refurbishment solutions to a number of sectors including Retail, Commercial, Airports, Banking, and many more. With an in-house manufacturing team, they are able to provide excellent bespoke joinery services to their clients. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. In this autonomous role, you will primarily be office-based, with travel to sites as required. You will oversee financial contracts, liaise with the Commercial Director, manage project handovers, and manage project costs including budgeting and variations. The Role:
Oversee financial contracts, as well as budgeting of projects and subcontractors. Manage project handover, while liaising with the Commercial Director. Attend site meetings when needed. The Person:
