We are recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator . This is a permanent position for a Contract Support Administrator to join one of our Data Centre clients and be based at their Central hub in Slough. You will play a pivotal role within this contract by supporting the wider team and ensuring we deliver our contractual obligations. The main duty of this role is to provide administration support to the Operations team and help them fulfil our contract obligations to our clients.
Main Roles & Responsibilities of the Contract Support Administrator Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships. Raising and chasing of supplier orders including dealing with supplier queries. Input engineers time sheets onto the relevant systems. Compiling of Customer Monthly Report, and other reports as required to enable the Company to fulfil its contractual obligations. Produce quotations in the required format and in line with agreed process. Updating and uploading information to the client’s systems as required in a timely manner. Liaison with the operations team from engineer to director level. Raising of AWS sheets in a timely and accurate manner and chasing old AWS’s. Focus on WIP and keeping it below 3 months. Covering other team members' annual leave and sickness. Compiling all information required for credit notes to be raised. Dealing with invoice queries and achieving a suitable resolution. General filing and organisation of work area. Raising of invoices for completed works in a timely manner. Carry out other general administration duties as required from time to time. Ensure that the Company is presented in a good light at all times. Attend team briefings as required. Co-operate with the company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.
Person Specification: Self-motivated and proactive. Act as the interface between, “Be the many faces of the admin support”. Teamwork - actively contributes to the team and strives to improve teams’ effectiveness through personal commitment. Planning, Organizing & Executing – able to understand the priorities, plan and organize the work and manage own time to deliver within the expected timescales. Communication – communicates clearly and concisely, impressing others and ensuring understanding of all relevant information in all circumstances.
